First Aid for Hazardous Marine Life Injuries

Intended Audience: Serious hazardous marine life injuries are rare, but most divers experience minor discomfort from unintentional encounters with fire coral, jellyfish and other marine creatures. This course teaches divers to minimize these injuries and reduce diver discomfort and pain.

Class Length: 4 hours

Minimum Age: None

Course Cost: $80

Prerequisites: None, however CPR and First Aid are recommended

Course Fees Include:
  • First Aid for Marine Life Injuries Student Handbook
  • Instruction & practice time
  • DAN Certification Card
  • Lifetime support - Call or email if you ever have any first aid-related questions

Not Include:
  • DAN Membership (optional)
  • Waterproof DAN Certification Card (optional)
  • Transportation, hotel and meals
